Is Eight Hours of Sleep Enough?

Sleep affects you weightSleep is restorative, it re-energizes the body. You are more alert and productive. And there are reports of fewer accidents and mistakes when a person gets their eight hours of sleep. Adequate sleep replenishes the immune system.

So, this week, I want you to turn off the computer. the phone, and the TV and go to bed early.
