Meatless Meals

With the new plate method, it calls for more plant based food. Gone are the days of high fat meat and potatoes.
Choose beans, tofu, rice and peas, stuff green peppers with beans, corn and salsa.

In the morning, try green peppers with egg whites, have a fruit smoothie with 1 tbs peanut butter on a bagel.

This month of June challenge yourself to twice a week without meat.
