Do You Really Know How Calories in Your Food?

As a nutritionist, I always asked my clients what they eat and how much?

The most common answer I get is” I eat a little of this and a little of that” mmm

” And I don’t know why I am overweight”?

I believe we, American people are overweight is because they miscalculate their portion sizes because they are too busy focusing on the types of foods instead how much they are eating.

Do you know? Ten, Twenty years ago are portion sizes were much smaller and we were content on what we ate. I remember my family only drank sodas in the summer and dessert was served on Sundays.

Dinning out was for celebrations only, and most of the time we went to  a sit down restaurant. And we never asked for seconds.
