Dear Renee, I’m using the cold weather as an excuse to not consistently exercise. What can I do inside that’s not boring?
March in place. You can exercise at your computer. You can raise your right arm and lean to the left and then come back. Do the same with your left arm and lean to the right.
You can do exercises from your chair. Stretching is good for the body too. You can get on the floor and do leg raises. Or hold on to the kitchen sink and do squats about 3 sets of 20.
