Dear Renee, I have a shoulder issue, so sit ups are difficult for me. Anything less taxing on the shoulder I can do beside sit ups?

For the shoulder, are you seeing a physcial therapist. You can do ab exercises sitting down. Take your right hand and place behind your head . Sit tight in the chair. bring your left knee to meet your right elbow. This is a great exercise for your abds.
