Agave Nectar
the juice from agave plant is process to a thick syrup ranging from ligh to dark and much sweeter than sugar, however researchers say, you still cannot go over board with your poriton sizes.
Stevia -250 times sweeter than sugar. it is extraced from the leaves of the stevia plant.
Corn syrup- concentrated solution from dextrose and other sugars made from the starch from corn. It is used for canides, jams and frostings.
It is better to go with out sugar or use sugar in smalls amounts. When eating cereal add dried fruits or place fresh fruit on top. When baking cut sugar in half and add purreed fruit.
The main goal is to reduce your amount of sugar and learn how to replace with other ingredients.
