Go Nutty over Almonds

A recent study suggest eating 1.5  ounce of dry lighty-salted  almonds or 10-12 can help maintain your body weight. Eating Almonds will decrease  your appetite and therefore you will eat less. So, the next time someone mention you are a nut.

Remind them you are full of healthy almonds which maintain your weight.
