How:

Add to your soups, stews, casseroles.

Start meals with broth based low-fat vegetables soups

Make a vegetable juice

Add vegetables to lasanga

Mashed carrots and add cooked spinach to meat loaf-

Stir -fried vegetables and add to whole wheat pita bread
