Take the Challenge. Walk 10,000 steps a day.
Instead of eating two doughnuts equals 550 calories , walk 10,000 steps. Walking is better.
Instead of eating 1 cup of ice cream equals 550 calories, burn 550 by walking 10,000 steps.
