Re-charge your goals

The long hot summer days are behind us and the sweltering heat has passed. The days are becoming shorter and the temperaturs are dropping. Now is the time to re-charge your health goals. Take advantage of the season by making new goals. Start with taking long walks.

The cool -crisp air can re-charge your spirits. Take a picnic basket with you and sip on hot soups and  warm apple cider, serve with crackers and jelly.

Make commitment to spend time at the park and play on the swings and get out the hula hoop.
